Meet Elizabeth

We often wonder why we do this to ourselves.

It’s like the classic horror films where the young victims run straight past the running car, directly into the secluded woods. As the masked villain chases them down, they are unable to see what is right in front of them. Despite there being a clear exit, they run right back into the same woods, the same trap.

Thing is, people react on impulse. In scary moments, we mostly respond in ways we don’t think about logically. Outside of the scary movies, these impulses leave us with people pleasing behaviors, repeated unhealthy reactions, self doubt, and the inability to say no.

This leads to overwhelm, feeling less than, burnout, anger, and self-sabotage.

You ask yourself, “How did I get here?” You think there’s no way anyone else feels like this. You think there’s no one who could possibly be as big of a dumbass as you are. This chronic shit storm feels like it’s going to last forever and you are never going to get out.

And there is no way you can tell others how you feel….how embarrassing! Plus, you already feel like a burden.

If you can’t get past this, what does that say about you? And failure isn’t necessarily an option. You are tired of the ‘all or nothing‘ in life. Tired of the blame and shame. Frustrated by the stigma of not being perfect or not doing enough. We live in a world that romanticizes and awards the super achievers and you know you are failing.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! No, instead it’s like being at a rock concert. You may be there, feeling isolated, standing in a sea of unfamiliar faces. But you are one in a 60,000 seat arena, united in the same experience.

You are probably wondering how I know all of this. Lemme tell you, I’ve been in the same arena!

I enjoy working with clients who need a boost in their self-esteem, who seek empowerment, want skills to resolve conflict, and find ways to get out of their own way. I like to use humor and laughter as a healing tool to help clients gain a deeper understanding.

In my direct, no bullshit approach, I help individuals find connection and confidence while navigating life struggles. My clients develop boundaries and learn to say no without feeling guilty. We find your ability to exist in the in-between. Together we can develop self-confidence and explore identity issues with grace and validation. With me, you will feel validated and supported. I empower my clients to live their authentic lives with self-compassion and empathy.
